BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Reservations require a deposit and are subject to our cancellation policy. Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations 60+ days prior: Full refund minus processing fee
• Cancellations 30-59 days prior: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 30 days: No refund

LIABILITY

Participants engage in road trip activities at their own risk. Esteemed Road Trips maintains comprehensive insurance but recommends participants obtain travel insurance.

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
